Free and secure delivery

The delivery of your jewellery is free of charge and fully secured.

We deliver Edenly jewellery throughout the European Union (excluding overseas territories), Switzerland, Canada, the United States, as well as many other countries (list available in the country/language dropdown menu by clicking on the flag).

Our jewellery is shipped in large, discreet boxes for maximum privacy during delivery. No information on the packaging indicates the name of our company.

Delivery in France: guaranteed and secured by Colissimo (within 48h) or Chronopost (within 24h)

We have chosen to work with these two carriers for the shipment of your order because they guarantee a delivery that is:

1. FAST: As soon as your jewellery is ready, it is shipped via Colissimo or Chronopost and delivered to your home within 24 to 48 hours.

2. SECURE: Your order is delivered Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., and on Saturday between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m., in person and against a code or signature. If you are absent or the delivery cannot be completed (no caretaker, etc.), the postal worker will leave a notice with the date and address of the post office or pickup point where you can collect your parcel (within 15 days) upon presentation of ID or the code provided by the carrier.

3. TRACKABLE: At any time, thanks to the tracking number we provide, you can follow your parcel on the Colissimo or Chronopost website.

Delivery within the European Union: guaranteed and secured with UPS

On the same day your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
UPS delivery time is 48 to 72 hours. There are no customs fees or additional transport charges.

Delivery to other countries: guaranteed and secured with UPS

On the same day your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. UPS delivery times vary depending on the destination. Deliveries outside the European Community may be subject to local taxes, customs duties or customs clearance fees. These may be prepaid except for certain countries where import duties must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. For these countries, it is not possible to determine the exact amount of fees in advance.
