Recording of the request
and sending the jewel
Whether or not your jewel is an Edenly jewel, you can request a repair from your Edenly customer account.
You will then need to send us your jewel for evaluation. A detailed process will be provided to you, and cost-effective shipping labels may be offered.

Expertise and estimates
carried out by the workshop
Upon receipt of your jewel, our workshop will conduct an evaluation and provide you with an estimate if your jewel is no longer under warranty or if it is not an Edenly jewel.
We will cover the repairs if your jewel is still under warranty and the evaluation reveals a manufacturing defect.
Step 3
Intervention
and/or return of the jewel
We will commence the repairs upon receiving your written approval of the estimate.
You will have access to a detailed tracking interface with various stages throughout the intervention, and guaranteed delivery times will be communicated.
The jewel will be returned to you directly at your home or in-store if preferred.
If you refuse the estimate, we will return the jewel to your home without any intervention.
