In any case, you can, as always, be reimbursed for your jewellery for up to 1 month after receipt of said jewellery. Of course, if you were unable to return your jewellery, we can extend this period, according to your needs.
Taking into account the possible rescheduling of events (wedding, baptism, engagement, etc.), we will take care of your engraving changes, free-of-charge, for 1 year after purchase.
In all situations -- even more so during this time, when everyone is going through a difficult phase -- we will do our utmost to ensure your satisfaction.
