EstherSinn  | « Ein sehr schöner Anhänger mit einer sehr filigranen Kette (inclusive). Auch wenn die Maße dabei stehen, ist es doch 'kleiner' wenn man es vor Augen hat als gedacht. Selbst die Kette war feiner gearbeitet, als es das Bild auf der HP wiedergab. Hier war ich besonders von angetan.Leider fehlte bei meiner Kette sowie auch bei dem Anhänger der Stempel, der den Goldgehalt des Schmuckstückes bescheinigt.Des weiteren ist das angegebene GIA Zertifikat erst bei Diamanten von über 0,51 Karat erhältlich-und auch nur auf extra Anforderung.Man bekommt lediglich eine Rechnung, wo draufsteht, welchen Goldgehalt bzw. Karat das Schmuckstück hat. Dieses nennt man dann Zertifikat, da es umrandet ist. Und dann ohne Stempelung irritiert es anfangs doch sehr, ob man nicht evt einem Betrug aufgesessen ist. Nachdem ich die Halskette incl Anhänger von einem Juwelier habe prüfen lassen, kann ich ruhigen Gewissens sagen, dass es sich wirklich um 750er Gold (bei meiner Kette) handelt. Für eine allererste Onlinebestellung für Echtschmuck bin ich nachhaltig begeistert-wenn anfangs sehr irritiert.Der Kontakt zu den Mitarbeitern war durchweg sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hatte ich mich doch 'verklickt' und eine falsche Bestellnummer angegeben. Dieses wurde sofort und problemlos seitens des Mitarbeiters korrigiert. Hierfür noch einmal herzliches Dankeschön.Auch der Versand war dann sehr schnell, nachdem man mir erst den 7.12. zugesagt hatte, dann aber auf (mindestens) 20.12. verschoben wurde, plötzlich jedoch am 13.12. verschickt wurde.Ich fand die Sendungsverfolgung durch FedEx prima und war begeistert, dass FedEx mich gleich beim 1. Anlauf in meinem 'Outback' gefunden hat.Ich habe sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal bei Edenly bestellt. » |
