FrancisHeckmondwike	« I bought a ring as a suprise gift for my partner and she was thrilled with it. Unfortunately,and being male, I guessed the size and suprise, suprise it was too large. As a consequence I had to return the ring for free re-sizing. Due to the current situation,the ring became stranded in France. The return process was then hindered, but I e-mailed Edenly and they were very forthcoming with as much support, as was possible,not easy when the world is closed. Finally my partners ring returned,last week, and it fits. She is 'over the moon' with it. So a very big thanks to all the team, for a top class effort. Thank you again. »
