The delivery of your watch is free and totally secure. We promise to ship your watch within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We deliver Timefy watches anywhere in the European Union (except DOM-TOM), in Switzerland, in Canada and in the United States.

Our watches are shipped in large boxes for more discretion when delivered. No information on the packaging indicates the name of our company.

Delivery in the UK: guaranteed and secured delivery with UPS

We have chosen to work with UPS to send your order because it is the quickest and safest method :

1. FAST: As soon as your watch is ready, it is shipped by UPS and it is delivered to you, at home, 72 hours after its expedition.

2. SECURED: your order is delivered from Monday to Friday between 9h and 18h and Saturday between 9 am and 12 pm, in person and against signature. In the case of your absence or no way to deliver your parcel (no guard, ...), the postman will leave you a notice of passage mentioning the date and the address of the post office where you will be able to withdraw your parcel ( within 15 days) upon presentation of a piece of identification.

3. TRACKABLE : At any moment, you will be able to track down your order by entering the package number we give you on the UPS website.

The day of the shipment of your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.The delivery time with UPS varies by destination.Deliveries outside the European Community are subject to local taxes, customs fees or customs presentation fees. It will be possible to prepay these customs charges except for a selection of countries where import duties will have to be paid by the consignee upon delivery of the parcel.
