You can make an order either online or by telephone (Click here)

1) You choose your jewellery online
- For a ring you must indicate your finger size (if you are unsure you can request to receive a free ring sizer) NB The delivery date will vary according to the size chosen. 
- If the chosen ring is engravable, the engraving is offered to you free of charge. By ticking the the engrave box you will be able to directly write in your desired text, for example "James and Sarah 02.03.2010".

2) You choose your payment method
You may choose from
- Bank Card (Visa or Mastercard )
- PayPal 
- Bank transfer

3) Confirmation and dispatching of your order
- Immediately after the validation of your payment you will receive a confrimation email for your order.
- Before the dispatch of your order an edenly adviser will contact you by telephone to validate your delivery address with you.
- the same day as the dispatch you will receive an email informing you of the parcel number and providing you with a clickable link to track your parcel. 

Our committments:

1) Refund the difference if you find a cheaper price
If in the 15 days following the purchase you find a UK site or UK store with the same product at a lower price then we will refund the difference. See conditions 

2) Satisfied or reimbursed within 1 month
We give you the option of returning the ordered jewellery if you were not entirely satisfied with the product or a free size correction if required for rings within the 30 day period. See conditions 

3) Guaranteed date of delivery
We are committed to the delivery date indicated for each item on the site. In case of a late delivery we offer you an edenly gift certificate for £27. See conditions

 

Secure Payment 

The payment page on which you enter your card details is entirely secure. You can be sure of this by the presence of the padlocks   in your navagator window. These padlocks guarantee that your card number is encrypted before being sent to us (thanks to the SSL technology for information encryption used worldwide). No-one can therefore see or make use of your details. 

Furthermore, as well as being encrypted and therefore illegible, your number is not stored either (this is why we ask you to enter your number on each visit, even as a returning customer), this further prevents fraud. 

 



The delivery of your order

We will deliver your order anywhere within the UK and EU via FedEx.

Our products are sent out in large packages for more discretion during delivery. No labels on the package indicate our brand name for further security.

UK and EU: 48h guaranteed secure FedEx delivery

We work with FedEx as the ensure secure and fast delivery. 

1. FAST: As soon as your jewellery is ready, it is sent out using FedEx and will be delivered within 48 hours.

2. SECURE: Your delivery is delivered monday to friday from 8am to 6pm  and requiring a signature. If you are not home then the parcel will either be left with a neighbour or you will be left a ticket to reorganise a delivery time.  

3. TRACKING: At any moment using a delivery number we will provide you with, you can follow the progress of your parcel. You can also call FedEx on 0848 133 339


France: 48h guaranteed secure Colissimo delivery



1. FAST: As soon as your jewellery is ready, it is sent out using Colissimo and will be delivered within 48 hours.

2. SECURE: Your delivery is delivered monday to friday from 9am to 6pm  and requiring a signature. If you are not home then the parcel will either be left with a neighbour or you will be left a ticket to reorganise a delivery time.  

3. TRACKING: At any moment using a delivery number we will provide you with, you can follow the progress of your parcel. You can also call FedEx on 0 825 311 311
 


Delivery to Switzerland with Fedex

The prices shown on the edenly site include all taxes. There are no border taxes or transport taxes to be paid.
Your package will require a signature with FedEx delivery.

- A magnificent case to accentuate your jewellery
- A jeweller's magnifiying glass to guarantee the quality of your jewellery

Satisfied or Reimbursed

We give you the possibility of returning your ordered goods which haven't entirely satisfied you, either for a reimbursement or an exchange within 30 days of delivery. See conditions

Free Re-size

Just by making a request via telephone or online, within the 30 day period of delivery, you can return your ring to us for a free resize.  See conditions

1 Year Guarantee

For a period of 1 year after the date of delivery, our jewellery is under guarantee against defects. We are committed to either reimburse you or exchange the product which you return to us within this period. See conditions
