We deliver Edenly jewellery everywhere within the European Union, in Switzerland, In Canada, in the United States and in many other countries (list to consult in the drop-down menu country / language by clicking on the flag).

Our jewellery are shipped in blank packages to ensure discretion and safety during delivery. Absolutely nothing on the packaging has the company's name. 

Delivery in the UK: guaranteed and secured delivery with UPS

We chose to work with UPS to send your order because it is the quickest and safest method :

1. FAST: Your jewellery arrives 48h after being sent.

2. SECURE: Your order is hand-delivered. In case no one is there to receive the package, the delivery man will leave a note specifying the time and day of attempted delivery and the address of the post office where you can pick up your order (within 15 days) upon presenting proof of your identity. Alternatively, you have the option to reschedule the delivery.

3. TRACKABLE : At any moment, you will be able to track down your order by entering the package number we give you on the UPS website.

Your package is handed to you directly and it is necessary to sign for it.

On the same day that your order is placed, you receive a confirmation email.
The delivery time with UPS is 72 hours. There are no customs fees or additional charges for transportation.

Delivery in other countries guaranteed and secured delivery with UPS.

On the same day that your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.The delivery time with UPS varies depending on the destination.Deliveries outside the European Community are subject to local taxes, customs duties or customs presentation taxes. It will be possible to prepay these expenses except for a couple of countries where these will have to be settled by the recipient on parcel delivery. In such a case, it is not possible to predict the exact total amount of fees the recipient will pay.
