Gold and Precious Stone JewelsFor your Edenly or non-Edenly gold and precious stone jewels, a tailored estimate will be provided based on the technical characteristics of your stones and gold. We also buy broken jewels.
Branded JewelsWe also buy branded and designer jewels. A custom estimate will then be offered. We also buy broken jewels.

Whether your jewel is Edenly or not, your buyback request can be made directly from your Edenly customer account.

You will then need to send us your jewel for evaluation. A detailed process will be provided, and cost-effective shipping labels may be offered.

Expertise and Estimates
Carried Out by the Workshop

Upon receipt of your jewel, our workshop will evaluate and send you a buyback proposal for all gold jewels, at least at the current price.

A tailored estimate for jewels with precious stones or branded jewels will be provided.

Step 3
Finalization of the Transaction
or Return of the Jewel

In case of acceptance of the estimate on your part, we will keep the jewel and transfer the amount due directly to your bank account or credit your Edenly account with the voucher amount (depending on your previous choice).

A detailed tracking interface with the various stages will be available throughout the intervention, and guaranteed deadlines will be communicated to you.

In case of refusal of the estimate on your part, we will return your jewel to you.
